Hi, I'm Eva-Marie Matiszik. My experience has been developed through working in a management consulting firm (Ernst&Young), in sales, marketing and product management for the finance industry and various independent consulting/analysis projects.
I have a B.A(.Communication/Marketing and an MBA at the AGSM (UNSW) plus courses updating my skills - for example Prince2 and a Black Belt in Six Sigma. My projects included guiding teams at CBA, Westpac, ANZ and Knight Frank in problem solving and developing be-spoke solutions. I've completed marketing launches work at Prudential Insurance, CBA and AMP -analysing data to pick the gap in the market and auditing the launch process. I've helped small businesses grow, documented processes and improved customer experiences. I've trained consultants in process improvement, trained banking staff to be trainers for new processes, trained Masters students in Marketing (lecturing at UNSW).
